Never forget that each individual lives in their own microcosm and motivations are driven by the "goings on" inside them.

Know and consider this ALWAYS, especially whenever you approach anyone about anything.

I've learned early on in my professional career that if you want to motivate people to do just about anything, you need to "incentivize" them with something which talks to their motivations.

Otherwise, expect 0 from them.
